Move confidently again.
RESOURCES DESIGNED BY A PELVIC FLOOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST FOR STRONG AND ACTIVE MOTHERHOOD.
In a world where I often hear “I wish I knew”…
I’M HERE TO SAY “WE’VE GOT THIS”.
Hi, I’m Annie!
DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY, SPECIALIZING IN PELVIC HEALTH AND PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM REHABILITATION.
The journey of pregnancy and postpartum can be challenging and confusing. Whether you struggle with pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, or simply unsure what to do, I am here to take that guesswork out.
Not only do I work in the perinatal space, but I live there as well. I gave birth to our son in March 2022 and our daughter August 2024. I’m a working mom who doesn’t just ‘talk the talk’. I know how difficult it can be to find consistency in a fitness routine AND feel good while doing it. I know the value movement holds on mental and physical health, and I’m determined to help you find a way.
